Camp Fire USA builds caring, confident youth and future leaders. Camp Fire's coeducational programs help both boys and girls ages 4 to 18 cultivate their unique talents and skills in a small group setting where youth have an opportunity to interact with others in a safe, fun environment.

Children's Advocacy Center

Provides crisis intervention, individual counseling, play therapy, court school, trial accompaniment, resource and referral services to child victims of sexual abuse, severe physical abuse and child witnesses to violent crimes.

Community Partners of Johnson County

Working with Family Protective Services to provide emergency resource needs for children, birth to age eighteen, as well as adults in our county that are victims of abuse or neglect. Also provides summer camp scholarships for children in the foster care system.

East Cleburne Community Center

The East Cleburne Community Center works to improve the quality of life of economically disadvantaged pre-kindergarten through high school youth. Programs are facilitated including tutoring, mentoring, recreation and counseling. Summer & spring break day camps are available. The ECCC provides adult computer classes including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, emailing and internet training. Inspirational and recreational programs for senior citizens are also offered.

Family Crisis Center of Johnson County

The Crisis Center provides comprehensive services for victims of family violence and sexual assault. This includes safe, temporary shelter, therapeutic counseling, 24-hour crisis hotline, crisis intervention, hospital and court accompaniment, educational programs, primary prevention services and advocacy.

Harvest House

Meets the needs of people in the Burleson area providing food, clothing, prescriptions, and other necessities of life. Also provides seasonal assistance with Back-To -School and Christmas.

H.O.P.E Medical/Dental Clinic

Provides free primary care medical services, limited dental services, well women and geratric care for uninsured residents of Johnson County. Also provides diabetic educational classes.

Johnson County 4-H Clubs

4-H serves over 2,800 Johnson County youth annually, providing hands-on learning opportunities in a wide range of areas, including leadership, citizenship, agriculture, family and consumer sciences, character education, as well as involvement with community service projects and curriculum enrichment in schools.

Meals on Wheels of Johnson & Ellis Counties

Each day, Meals on Wheels caring volunteers deliver noon-time meals with a smiling face that nourishes the spirit who are homebound elderly and disabled persons. Additional services include: AniMeals for our clients' four-legged family members, nutritional supplements at cost and client support. We are helping nourish the body and spirit of our homebound neighbors.
